ERIK OLSON: The vast majority of the people who call our office are calling on behalf of themselves or a loved one who has either lost their life or suffered significant dehabilitating injury, and they're trying to find out how did this medical error occur.

Several years ago, one such person that called our office was Holmes Beausang. Mr. Beausang lost his son after a routine surgical operation.
